These terms are written in plain language. They are not legal advice.

By using SilverFrame, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

SilverFrame breaks down screenplays you upload into scene breakdowns, shot lists, breakdown sheets and planning reports. It’s free for a limited time. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before anything changes, and you won’t be charged without agreeing to it first.

Your scripts

• You own your scripts and everything you create with SilverFrame. We don’t claim any rights to them.
• You give us permission to store and process your scripts only as needed to provide the service, including sending them to our AI provider to produce breakdowns.
• Only upload scripts you have the right to use.

AI suggestions

Breakdowns, shot lists, breakdown sheets and lighting ideas are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a starting point, and check them before you rely on them for a shoot, a schedule or a budget.

Fair use

• Each account can break down up to 50 scripts in any 30 days. Get in touch if you need more.
• Don’t try to break the service, get around its limits, access other people’s accounts, or use it to process anything illegal.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Availability

We work to keep SilverFrame running smoothly, but it’s provided as is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important, for example by downloading a PDF or CSV.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the link at the bottom of the app. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the date at the top, and tell you in advance about significant changes.
